Hello! My name is Teagan Sloan and I’m your head coach for the 2024 season. I’m so excited to see everyone again! Here is a little about me: I’m currently attending James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Go Dukes! I’m studying media art and design. I’m currently part of JMU’s club swim and club water polo teams. Before college, I swam on Annapolis Swim Club for thirteen years, competing at the state and national level. The 100 Back Stroke and 200 IM are my favorite events. My goal for this season is to create an environment where my swimmers can have tons of fun while learning how to be great swimmers and teammates. Let’s get this season started!
Hey Crocs community! I am Jeremy Grotte and I’ll be the assistant coach for the 2024 season. I’m super pumped to be returning in this role building upon connections made and creating new ones! Looking forward to meeting y’all.
A little background on me - Currently, I work full-time as Delivery/Team Lead at Chick-fil-a focused on creating experiences where people feel noticed. I am also a coach for Bayside Aquatics Club.
I fell in love with the water by age 4. I swam competitively for 13 years, competing at county and state champs level in high school. The 100 back and 50 & 100 free were my favorite events. Over the years, my fascination for understanding how to be more efficient with technique and movement in the water continues to grow. I’m ecstatic for this summer and grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Crocs fam!
Hi! I'm Karla and I've been a Crocs parent since 2021. I grew up in Michigan and started swimming competitively when I was seven. I swam for several programs at the local, state, and national levels. My favorite stroke is backstroke. I currently coach the 5-11-year-olds at Bayside Aquatics. My passion is helping young swimmers develop their stroke technique while building sportsmanship. I'm so excited to work with your swimmers this summer. Go Crocs!
